The Goyen AC Tribo electric EMS6 model applies state of the art sensing technology to particulate monitoring with the added advantage of "MODBUS"network compatibility. The EMS6 offers users a speedy and simple method of interacting directly with remotely located particulate monitoring devices. This means that up to 29 devices can be installed without the need for a proprietary processing box between the actual sensor and the PC or PLC.This facilitates the monitoring of multiple baghouses more conveniently and at significant cost savings.
The EMS6 network needs only four cables,two power cables and two for the network. All cables are connected to a Goyen power supply which converts the long distance RS485 network to RS232 to complete the data link to a PC or PLC. Each digital head is connected to the network cable via a junction box and in addition,multi monitor processing is programmed via a PC using Goyen's "CONNECT" software.
Applications.
Goyen's MCERTS Approved EMS6 is suitable for emission monitoring and product recycling applications where multiple probes are to be monitored at a central processor in the following industries: Power generation, Bulk handling, Mining and Minerals, Building materials, Food processing, Cement and Chemicals.
