The new Goyen plastic molded "Venturi Nozzle" accurately straightens and directs the correct amount of reverse pulse cleaning flow into filter elements. The low cost positive location design feature provides manufacturers of reverse pulse filters with significantly increased cleaning performance when compared with 'traditional driller hole' blowtube designs.
When correctly installed, the Goyen venturi nozzle provides operators with extended filter bag life; reduced compressed air usage and minimised dust bleed through.
A unique software program "Go-Co" has been designed by Southcorp Clean Air Systems, to assist in accurately sizing venturi nozzle hole sizes down the length of the blow tube, thereby ensuring +/- 10% cleaning flow to each filter bag within the filter.
