GC4000 Series

The GC 4000 (patent applied for) has been specifically designed for the reverse pulse dust collector market, meeting specific requirements of both manufacturers and end users.

The GC 4000 reduces installation costs and the same time provides the end user with reliable filter cleaning based on latest technology. 'Demand Cleaning' is available as an additional optional module, and this has its own option of automatic tube cleaning, which is highly recommended.

Features include:

* All necessary control adjustments are made through a single Master Controller, including a 5 digit LED display.
* All connections via a single 4 core communication bus.
* A total of 160 solenoid pilots can be operated.
* A "coil failure" feature informs the operator of a solenoid malfunction.
* "Automatic Blowdown" feature for end of cycle cleaning.
* Optional "tube cleaner" ensures reliable operation whilst in demand mode.
* Optional RS485 or 4-20mA outputs for remote monitoring.
