Goyen's unique "Standard Venturi" is available in two sizes designed to be installed on filter bags in reverse pulse dust collectors ranging in sizes from 125mm (5") to 152mm (6").
The cone design ensures the reverse pulse flow is controlled and fully expanded at the top of the filter bag, resulting in positive cleaning energy down the entire length of the filter bag. Subsequent benefits are a significant increase in cleaning performance, extended filter bag life, reduced compressed air usage and minimising dust bleed through.
A unique software program "Go-Co" has been designed by Tyco Environmental Systems, to assist in accurately sizing venturi nozzle hole sizes down the length of the blowtube, thereby ensuring +/- 10% cleaning flow to each filter bag within the filter. |
