CKD ISO interface solenoid valves have been designed and manufactured to conform to ISO 5599 mounting specifications,
This range of directional control valves is available in the following port/switching position configuration:
* Single solenoid 5 port 2 positions.
* Double solenoid 5 port 2 positions.
* Double solenoid 5 port 3 positions (all ports closed center position).
* Double solenoid 5 port 3 positions (Load parts open to exhaust center port).
Operation is based on the sliding spool principle and is available in 2 sizes ISO 1 and ISO 2.
Single solenoid version has as standard air/spring integrated return.
Double solenoid 5/3 models have standard spring return to the center positioning. Manual override is a standard feature.
Depending on the application requirement all ISO values are available with sub plates and a variety of coil voltage options (AC and DC).
Coils, seals and piston replacements kits are available on request. |
