Mecair manufacture and design an extensive range of pneumatic operated air cannons, to dislodge all types of dust which stick to silo walls and cause bridging in the bottom of dust collector hoppers. Ensuring efficient product flow, for effective operation of powder and bulk handling processes.
Mecair air cannons consist of two elements; a high flow Mecair diaphragm valve, and CE approved air accumulator. These quick opening valves, instantaneously discharge the pneumatic energy contained in the tank on which they are mounted, striking the material to be dislodged with a controlled impulse of compressed air.
Available in four sizes:
* CNN5: diaphragm valve VEP206 (3/4") - 5 litre air accumulator.
* CNN15: diaphragm valve VEP208 (1") - 15 litre air accumulator.
* CNN25: diaphragm valve VEP212 (1 1/2") - 25 litre air accumulator.
* CNN50: diaphragm valve VEP216 (2") - 50 litre air accumulator. |
